Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a space for you to work one-on-one with a licensed therapist. Your therapist will take you as you are and help you through the challenges you are facing.

Couples Therapy
Couples or Relationship Therapy is for couples in a committed relationship who are looking to improve their relationship whether caused by injury or wanting to improve the quality of the relationship.

Family Therapy
Family Therapy looks as unique as your family does! Family therapy can be multi-generational, blended families, one or both parents and one or more children.

What can I expect from my first session?
During your first session you and your therapist will spend the first few minutes to go over your intake paperwork and clarify any questions you may have. The remainder of the session will be spent getting to know you and your goals for therapy.
How long does therapy take?
The length of therapy varies widely based on the needs of each individual, couple, or family. Some therapy needs can be met in a few sessions while other needs may benefit from ongoing therapy.
Do you do in-person or online sessions?
Most of our therapists provide both in-person and online therapy sessions. Our physical office is located in Meridian, Idaho. We can provide telehealth sessions in all of Idaho, Maryland, and Connecticut.
How can I prepare for a therapy session to make it more effective?
Sessions can be more effective and productive when you come to session with specific things you want to talk about. Some clients take notes throughout the week to help them remember what they want to bring up in session.
How do I know which therapist will be a good fit for me?
The relationship between you and your therapist is a very important part of the therapeutic process. We have several therapists that specialize in different needs to provide the best tailored care to your needs.
