“I know there are times in our lives when we just can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. We often feel overwhelmed in our relationships, not knowing what to do to make them better. As your therapist, I can be there to provide compassion, insight, and suggestions that can help you move in the direction you want to go. I believe that therapy can help individuals, couples, and families develop the skills needed to achieve their goals.”

My Approach & Values

Kendra’s approach to working with her clients is warm, accepting, and genuine. In a judgement-free way, she works in collaboration with her clients to help them gain insight in order to facilitate an empowerment in modifying thought processes and behavior in constructive ways.

Couples and families experience improved relationships when each is actively involved in this process. Her practice is heavily influenced by evidenced-based techniques drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and the Gottman model. She integrates these approaches to help her clients address issues, find solutions, and learn new techniques to help them improve their relationships.
