While Times and Seasons Therapy is not considered in-network for insurance companies, we can provide a statement with information for you to seek reimbursement if your insurance company provides mental health services.

*If you choose to use your insurance plan to help cover the cost of therapy, it is important to know that this requires a mental health diagnosis sent to your insurance company. Not all diagnoses or treatment modalities are covered by insurance. Please reach out to your insurance provider to answer any questions you may have. Below are some questions that may be helpful to ask your provider:
